Southwest Montana SHRM Leader of the Year

Annual, Southwest Montana SHRM recognizes outstanding Human Resources Professionals for their contributions to the HR profession and the community of Southwest Montana. Nominations are usually open December-January of each year. The winner will be announced in February and then submitted as a statewide nomination for the Montana SHRM HR Leader of the Year award.

Nominee Criteria

• Nominees must be a member of the Southwest Montana SHRM chapter.
• The Southwest Montana SHRM Board of Directors will vote on nominees according to how the nominee:
• Demonstrated leadership in serving on committees, task forces, and/or special projects related to developing HR management programs.
• Demonstrated leadership in implementing HR management programs within and beyond his/her HR organization.
• Contributed to the advancement of the HR profession; and
• Contributed to the advancement of MT SHRM’s mission through participation in association activities, projects, committees, etc.
